Job Description:
In the role of UK Design and Technology Teacher at SRS Dubai, you will engage students aged 11-18 by delivering captivating lessons that promote creativity, critical thinking, and hands-on skills. Your responsibilities will include planning, preparing, and assessing student assignments in accordance with UK curriculum standards, while creating a positive and innovative learning environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Technology or a related discipline (minimum requirement)
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Design and Technology at the secondary/high school level
- In-depth understanding of the United Kingdom national curriculum for Design and Technology
- Capability to develop lesson plans that accommodate a variety of learning styles
- Proficient in the tools, materials, and software applications pertinent to design technology education
- Strong classroom management skills paired with effective communication abilities
