The Role
RGSPP is on the lookout for an outstanding Head of Sixth Form to oversee a vibrant and rapidly expanding Sixth Form, supporting students throughout their academic, pastoral, and post-18 experiences. This unique opportunity allows you to define the character and trajectory of a young Sixth Form, ensuring that students feel recognized, supported, challenged, and motivated as they prepare for university and their future endeavors.

The ideal candidate will:

- Define the strategic vision for Sixth Form life and careers education, incorporating exceptional pastoral care, academic rigor, and fostering a culture of independence and ambition.

- Lead and nurture a dedicated team of personal tutors, ensuring effective communication and consistent guidance for senior students.

- Manage all university and careers services for Years 10–13, assisting students in their applications to top global universities and competitive pathways.

- Enhance transitions into the Sixth Form while contributing to admissions, marketing, and scholarship initiatives.

- Cultivate a unique Sixth Form identity centered on wellbeing, leadership, enrichment, and academic excellence.

- Participate in whole-school development, accreditation, and compliance efforts, collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership Team.

- Engage fully in the academic, pastoral, and co-curricular activities of the school, embodying our core values of Discovery, Opportunity, Virtue, and Excellence (DOVE) and living by our guiding motto:
“Ready to Grow, Committed to Learn, and Kind to All.”
