English Teacher

Institut auf dem Rosenberg is on the lookout for an enthusiastic English Language & Literature teacher who can motivate students across various age groups within an international context. A demonstrated background in AP English Language and/or Literature, A-Levels, or IBDP will be highly regarded.

We are particularly keen to connect with candidates who:

• Utilize contemporary teaching methodologies and possess a strong record of achieving outstanding academic outcomes, effective classroom management, and tailored instruction within the classroom;

• Have a solid history of teaching diverse age groups and successfully adapting lessons to meet individual student needs;

• Have experience teaching English Language and English Literature to an international student body;

• Have guided students in preparation for international competitions;

• Are eager to contribute to the development and execution of the Rosenberg International Curriculum®;

• Are interested in actively participating in Institut auf dem Rosenberg’s comprehensive Talent & Enrichment programme;

• Have the capacity to lead initiatives and work autonomously.

Requirements - ideal candidates will possess:

• A relevant degree accompanied by a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification;

• At least 4 years of teaching experience;

• The willingness and capability to teach International GCSEs/A-Levels, IB Diploma, and US High School Diploma/Advanced Placements;

• A proven success record in preparing students for the aforementioned qualifications, resulting in excellent grades;

• A commitment to the continual improvement and excellence of Institut auf dem Rosenberg, aligned with the school's values and mission.
