Phorms Education is proud to operate five bilingual nurseries offering German-English education in Heilbronn and its neighboring areas, in collaboration with the Schwarz Group. We are excited to announce the opening of a new daycare center in Bad Friedrichshall at the start of 2026. Our facilities cater to children aged 0 to 6 years through an open and partially immersive approach. Each nursery is equipped with functional rooms and outdoor play spaces, with a pedagogical focus on bilingualism, music, and STEM. Our work is centered around the needs of children, ensuring their active participation in daily nursery life.

As part of the Phorms Education SE network, our nurseries have been enhancing Germany's educational landscape since 2006.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Early Childhood Educator

(in part-time or full-time)

for our locations in Heilbronn, Erlenbach, Weinsberg, and Bad Friedrichshall.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive support for children in cognitive, emotional, and creative areas
- Organize, conduct, and follow-up on parent meetings
- Regularly observe and assess the holistic development and skills of kindergarten children

Your Profile

- Certified early childhood educator, with a degree in education or equivalent training that qualifies you to work as a specialist or supplementary staff member as recognized by local authorities
- Alignment with our pedagogical philosophy and enthusiasm for collaboratively implementing it within a team
- Eager to innovate and contribute to the evolution of pedagogical methodologies in the organization
- Interest in a bilingual and international working environment
- Team-oriented and dedicated to collaborative work
- Proficiency in English and at least B2 level German language skills
