About This Role
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and committed House Tutor to become part of The Rosenberg Camps, a prominent summer camp. In this position, you will collaborate closely with both academic and co-curricular teams to provide exceptional pastoral care. It is essential that you have the capability to lead a sports or co-curricular activity. Please note that this role is short-term and is available solely to EU/EFTA citizens or individuals who already possess the right to work in Switzerland.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:
•
A teaching qualification, pastoral equivalent, and a minimum of one year of experience
•
Previous experience in sports coaching or summer camp settings
•
Significant experience in providing pastoral care to a diverse age range of students
•
Experience in 1:1 tutoring, mentoring, or well-being counseling

Responsibilities & Competencies:
•
Manage students’ daily routines while ensuring the highest standards of care and attention to their well-being.
•
Plan and execute recreational and sports programs and activities.
•
Provide academic supervision and assist with homework support.
•
Conduct sports and/or co-curricular courses.
•
Assume driving duties as required.
