Ideal candidates will need to:

Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
•
Demonstrate proven experience in teaching Maths to KS4/KS5 or equivalent
•
Exhibit a willingness to collaborate and share exemplary practices
•
Possess a growth mindset, being reflective and solution-oriented

Bring creativity and enthusiasm to their teaching methods
