The School Principal acts as the educational leader, responsible for inspiring and empowering the school community to achieve Vinschool's vision and mission. The Principal oversees policies, facilities, regulations, and procedures, ensuring that students learn in a secure setting and receive a top-notch education that enhances their skills, knowledge, and character, while fostering self-awareness, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving world.

Guide the school community in developing, articulating, and committing to a shared educational vision that prioritizes quality learning outcomes for every student.

Qualifications:

Requirements and experience:


Bachelor’s degree in education or educational leadership; a Master’s degree is preferred.


Professional teaching qualification/license/certification as required.


Prior experience in a leadership capacity, ideally as a Principal in an international or bilingual school.
