About This Role
International School Riffa Views International School, situated in Bahrain, is a premier educational establishment dedicated to delivering exceptional international education. We are currently in search of a committed Islamic Teacher to become part of our faculty and play a vital role in the academic and personal development of our students at the High/Secondary School level. This position includes teaching Islamic studies throughout the school, adhering to the IB Diploma Programme (IB DP) curriculum.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and thorough Islamic studies lessons in alignment with the IB DP curriculum.
- Create an inclusive learning atmosphere that promotes critical thinking and appreciation for diverse viewpoints.
- Aid in the spiritual, moral, and ethical growth of students in accordance with the values upheld by the school.
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators to incorporate interdisciplinary themes as appropriate.
- Regularly evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Islamic Studies or a related field is mandatory.
- At least 4 years of teaching experience, ideally in an international or IB context.
- Comprehensive understanding of the IB Diploma Programme framework as it pertains to religious education.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective engagement with secondary school students.
- Capability to design lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
