We are currently seeking a Teacher in Biology for our secondary school in Heilbronn and Erlenbach.

Your Responsibilities
• Organizing and preparing lessons as well as designing pedagogical strategies in alignment with our benchmarked curriculum.
• Fostering independent learning and the adoption of new teaching methodologies.
• Implementing diverse teaching methods and materials to cater to the varied needs and interests of students.
• Preparing students comprehensively for both written and oral German school leaving examinations.
Your Profile
• Preferably, you hold Qualified Teacher Status equivalent to the German Second State Examination, specializing in secondary education. Alternatively, you may be a Native English speaker with a Master's degree in Biology and significant teaching experience in the German educational landscape.
• Proficient in German (B2 level) and native-level English.
• Eager and willing to contribute to the creation of new educational concepts, demonstrating a collaborative spirit.
• Serve as a role model for students and have a passion for teaching in a secondary environment.
• Keen on developing and implementing innovative pedagogical approaches that prioritize individualized student growth.
