Salary: The Sixth Form Colleges Teachers Pay Spine 1-9 (£33,465 to £51,714).

Solihull Sixth Form College is a large, culturally diverse institution specializing in A Levels and Level 3 vocational qualifications, and it is a member of the Summit Learning Trust.

The ideal candidate will be an outstanding educator, driven, innovative, and dedicated. You should possess a deep enthusiasm for History and subject expertise, fully committed to enhancing the learning experience for all students in our programs. Experience in fostering positive changes in teaching, learning, and assessment is essential, and you will join a supportive and experienced team.

A relevant degree or equivalent, along with a teaching qualification, is required. Experience teaching A level History is highly desirable. We welcome applications from candidates at all stages of their educational careers.

You will become a member of a collaborative and experienced Humanities team that has high standards for its learners. Our staff is focused on delivering high-quality outcomes in a well-resourced and supportive environment.

Although this position is advertised as part-time, we are open to discussing full-time hours for the right candidate.
