EYFS teachers play a crucial role at Al Rabeeh School, providing essential foundations that enable subsequent year groups to further develop students' skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm for learning. Applicants must demonstrate the following:

• Strong subject knowledge of the EYFS
• Ability to cultivate a dynamic learning environment
• Familiarity with current UK initiatives and developments
• A strong commitment to excellence in learning and teaching
• Capability to foster creative learning and focus on developing innovative 21st-century learning environments
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance and extend students' learning experiences
• Experience utilizing data from internal assessments, standardized tests, and external evaluations to monitor student progress
• Experience teaching EAL students is advantageous, but not required

The successful candidate will possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status (UK), a PGCE in Early Years/Primary Education, or a Degree in Education (Early Years/Primary Education)
• A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Early Years education
• Proven ability and confidence to instruct children aged 3-5
• A passport from an English-speaking country
