The opportunity

We are seeking to hire a skilled, dynamic, and passionate Science Teacher with expertise in teaching Biology at the IGCSE and A Level, as well as KS3 Science.

The Science Department at Doha College is composed of 24 full-time educators supported by four full-time Science Technicians. Instruction occurs in 22 specially designed laboratories. Our Key Stage 3 science curriculum aligns with the English National Curriculum, while students at Key Stage 4 select Edexcel IGCSE Separate Sciences. For A Level, options include Edexcel Physics, Edexcel Chemistry, and CIE Biology. The College consistently achieves outstanding academic results. Familiarity with all components of an A-Level Biology course will be considered advantageous.

All classrooms are equipped with interactive smartboards; students are provided with iPads upon entry, and teachers receive both an iPad and a laptop.
