About This Role

Our Josef-Schwarz-School is situated in a picturesque environment in Erlenbach, with easy access from Heilbronn. We are currently on the lookout for a Teacher in Chemistry (bilingual subject) for our secondary school located in Erlenbach.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and follow up on lessons while organizing and designing the pedagogical components according to our benchmarked curriculum
  • Encourage independent learning through the development and implementation of new teaching strategies
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to address the diverse needs and interests of students
  • Prepare students thoroughly for both the written and oral German school leaving exams

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ideally hold Qualified Teacher Status equivalent to the German Second State Examination with a focus on secondary education
  • Fluent in both German and English at a native level
  • A strong interest in and willingness to contribute to the creation of new educational concepts, combined with a robust team spirit
  • Serve as a positive role model for students and find joy in teaching within a secondary school setting
  • A genuine passion for designing and executing innovative pedagogical strategies that prioritize the individual development of students
