About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy

Located in the welcoming Al Barsha South area of Dubai, Dubai Heights Academy is a vibrant workplace eager to invite new talent to our committed team.

Founded in 2017, our institution offers an inclusive, engaging, and high-quality education to a diverse international student body from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans to extend to Year 13 in the future.

Our modern campus boasts distinct buildings for each educational stage, alongside a 380-seat auditorium. Amenities include three climate-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer labs, specialized rooms for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multi-purpose sports halls, a full-size football pitch, multiple outdoor play areas, and a spacious cafeteria. Covering 292,000 sqft, our extensive campus recently launched a new secondary building in August 2025, marking a significant step in our development.

At Dubai Heights Academy, we provide a curriculum designed to cater to the diverse needs of our learners, rooted in the National Curriculum for England. This curriculum has been adapted to meet local requirements and enhanced with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Additionally, we have collaborated with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to develop and implement a specialized AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary learners, as well as an early language initiative utilizing social robots for primary students, enriching our comprehensive curriculum.

Our guiding principle is encapsulated in the ethos of ‘Every Child, Every Mind, and Everybody matters,’ reflecting our conviction that every student deserves the highest standard of education, regardless of their background or abilities.
