KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver Engaging Lessons – Design and implement stimulating and challenging lessons in line with the Cambridge International Curriculum (UK National Curriculum), ensuring the success of all students.

Support and Assess Student Progress – Utilize innovative teaching strategies and regular assessments to guide student learning, providing constructive feedback along the way.

Create a Positive Learning Environment – Foster a classroom climate where students feel safe to explore, take risks, and reach their full potential.
•
Collaborate and Share Best Practices – Work alongside colleagues throughout the school to enhance curriculum development and professional growth.
•
Contribute Beyond the Classroom – Actively participate in BSA’s co-curricular programs, from academic competitions to creative clubs and sports.
•
Engage with the School Community – Build strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We seek an outstanding educator who reflects our values of creativity, respect, responsibility, and pride. The ideal candidate will have:

A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
•
Experience in the education sector, particularly in KS3 to 5
•
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a UK or British-curriculum school
•
A proven track record of student success in international education
•
A passion for inquiry-based, student-centered learning
•
Familiarity with contemporary teaching methods and assessment strategies
•
A commitment to holistic education that fosters creativity, confidence, and responsibility
•
Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international school context
