About the Role / We would love to hear from you if:
We are seeking to appoint a proactive and reliable School Secretary to join our friendly team at Bishop’s Church of England Primary Academy.
The School Secretary role supports the effective management of the school’s administrative and communication functions and the broad array of services provided to its pupils, parents, external partners and school colleagues.
The Bishop’s Church of England Primary Academy is also recruiting for an Administrative Assistant, if you would like to be considered for this role additionally, then please include a sentence in your personal statement detailing your preference.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a reception / administration role
- Is highly organised, accurate and able to prioritise workload
- Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Can communicates effectively with staff, parents and external partners
- Works with integrity and maintains confidentiality
- Is enthusiastic about contributing to the life of a busy primary school
