About This Role
The Canadian School of Milan, recognized as one of the premier IB schools in Milan, is looking for an energetic and inspiring leader to oversee our Primary and Middle School campus located in central Milan. We invite applications from current principals seeking a new opportunity, as well as promising middle leaders. The successful applicant will engage in both operational and strategic functions, working closely with the Board of Directors and a team of educational leaders.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in education, particularly in the Primary curriculum
- Recent leadership experience within an international environment, specifically with IB MYP and/or British curricula
- Exceptional leadership qualities
- A commitment to maintaining high standards in teaching, learning, and well-being within our school community
- Outstanding communication abilities.
General requirements include:
- A university degree and Qualified Teacher Status
- Native-level proficiency in English
