Dubai Heights Academy, located in the Al Barsha South area of Dubai, offers a welcoming and supportive work environment and is excited to invite you to join our team.
Founded in 2017, our school delivers an exceptional and inclusive education to a diverse international student body from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026), with aspirations to expand to Year 13.
Our contemporary campus features dedicated buildings for each educational stage, along with a 380-seat auditorium. Facilities include three climate-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer labs, specialized spaces for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-size football pitch, various outdoor play areas, and a spacious canteen. Spanning an impressive 292,000 sqft, our campus comprises three buildings designed for different educational phases, and we proudly launched our brand new secondary building in August 2025, marking our most ambitious project to date.
At Dubai Heights Academy, we offer a curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students, aligned with the National Curriculum for England. This program has been customized to fulfill local requirements and enriched with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Furthermore, we have partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to develop a specialized AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students and an early language program that incorporates social robots for our primary students, thereby enhancing our comprehensive curriculum.

Job Overview
We are now accepting applications for the position of Primary STEAM Teacher at Dubai Heights Academy. We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable individuals who can significantly contribute to the continuous improvement of student progress and achievement.
Ideal candidates should be well-qualified, self-motivated, adaptable, creative, and enthusiastic about joining a team dedicated to academic excellence.
The successful applicant will be required to possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, or a related field.
- A valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).
- Experience with inquiry-based or project-based learning methods.
- Familiarity with educational technologies, coding, robotics, or engineering tools.
- A proven ability to design and implement age-appropriate STEAM curricula.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
