Role Overview:

The Pastoral Support Officer will play a crucial role in promoting the welfare of our students by providing guidance, support, and necessary interventions. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to effectively meet the pastoral needs of each student.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in education, Youth Work, Psychology, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pastoral care, student support, or safeguarding is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills to establish strong relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and crisis management.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate records and reporting on student welfare issues.
