About This Role

Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early learning journey? We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual with a proven track record in Early Years education.

Required from April 2026, the ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in an Early Years setting, with a CACHE level 3 qualification and a solid understanding of the EYFS framework.

Essential Requirements:

  • CACHE level 3 qualification in Early Years

  • Proven experience working in an Early Years environment

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles

  • Confidence in supporting children’s learning, wellbeing and daily routines

  • Ability to work unsupervised, using initiative to prioritise, multi-task and be flexible

  • A “can-do” approach and able to work calmly under pressure

  • Ability to work as a part of a professional team and communicate effectively with staff and families

The successful candidate will work as support staff providing for the educational, physical and social needs of pupils in these vital and rewarding roles.

Hours: Part-time over 3 consecutive days either Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday, 08:15 – 15:45.

Contract: Permanent, term-time only: 39 weeks per year includes 1 week Continued Professional Development per year (44.6 paid weeks per year).
