About This Role
Due to a rise in student enrollment, Al Rabeeh Academy is in search of a motivated, flexible, and dedicated Inclusion teacher to commence work immediately.
Al Rabeeh Academy is an exquisite, purpose-designed institution that opened its doors in August 2017 and is part of an expanding network of schools. The Al Rabeeh name has been recognized throughout the city for delivering exceptional education and pastoral support since 1979. Our academy is affiliated with the British Schools in the Middle East (BSME), which offers outstanding opportunities for inter-school competitions, tournaments, and professional development.
As a bilingual private school serving students from FS1 to Year 13, Al Rabeeh Academy provides the English National Curriculum alongside Arabic. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic team players, eager to contribute to the growth of Al Rabeeh Academy, where opportunities for internal advancement may arise as the institution develops.
Candidates must align with the ethos and values of Al Rabeeh Academy, which has a significant population of Arabic-speaking students. The ideal applicant will be a strong communicator, comfortable fostering open dialogue with students, colleagues, and parents. Applicants should be role models and actively participate in the Academy’s extracurricular activities.
Applicants are required to be fluent in English, possess a relevant degree and primary-level teaching qualification, and have at least 2 years of teaching experience in schools that adhere to the National Curriculum of England.
We seek applicants who can showcase:
• Strong subject knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Collaboration with classroom teachers to support students with SEN
• Familiarity with current UK initiatives and developments in SEN, with a willingness to pursue the NASENCo Award
• The capability to engage students through innovative and effective language lessons to enhance their learning
• A history of inspirational teaching
• The ability to foster creative learning and focus on developing 21st-century learning environments and innovation skills
• Proficiency in using technology to enrich and motivate students’ learning experiences
• Experience in utilizing data from internal assessments, standardized tests, and external evaluations to monitor student progress
• Experience in teaching EAL students is essential
• Experience in working with SEN/gifted and talented students is essential
