Due to an increase in student enrollment, Al Rabeeh Academy is on the lookout for a passionate, flexible, and dedicated Inclusion teacher to commence work immediately.

As a bilingual private school catering to students from FS1 to Year 13, Al Rabeeh Academy delivers the English National Curriculum alongside Arabic. Applicants must align with the ethos and values of Al Rabeeh Academy, which serves a significant population of Arabic-speaking students. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of fostering open dialogue with students, staff, and parents. Candidates are expected to lead by example and actively participate in the Academy’s extracurricular activities.
Applicants are required to be fluent in English, possess a relevant degree and a primary-level teaching qualification, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in schools following the National Curriculum of England.
We seek candidates who can showcase:
• Strong subject knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Experience collaborating with classroom teachers to support students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Familiarity with current UK initiatives and developments in SEN, and a willingness to pursue the NASENCo Award
• The ability to engage students in creative and productive language lessons to enhance their learning
• A proven history of inspiring teaching
• Capability to encourage creative learning and focus on developing 21st-century learning environments and innovation skills
• Confidence in utilizing IT to enrich and extend students' learning experiences
• Experience in employing data from internal assessments, standardized tests, and external assessments to monitor student progress
• Essential experience in teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) students
• Experience in instructing SEN and gifted and talented students is essential
