Skownan School caters to students from Nursery through Grade 9, accommodating 130 learners, 10 teachers, and 17 support staff. The school is located in Skownan, approximately 90 minutes northeast of Dauphin. The community is equipped with essential services, including a gas station, convenience store, restaurant, and health centre. The local economy thrives on hunting, fishing, and eco-tourism activities.

• A Bachelor of Education Degree and a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for one).

• Understanding of Indigenous Way of Life (considered an asset).
• Experience in a northern community (considered an asset).
