At GBA, we embrace new ideas and value the contributions of every staff member. We are dedicated to continuous improvement and actively support our teachers in their professional growth.

We adhere to a rigorous safer recruitment policy and are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students. All staff undergo training in child protection and safeguarding.
