About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years teacher to become part of our team, with an immediate start available. You will be joining our newly launched campus and collaborating with a passionate group of educators who embody a strong sense of community.

About the School
At the British Early Years International School (BEYC), our operations are driven by our fundamental values: Play, Individuality, Environment, Resilience, Relationships, and Nurture.
Situated in Bangkok, we are a leading Reggio Emilia inspired Early Years institution, catering to children aged 2 to 6 years. Our educational philosophy is centered around a child-led, play-based, and nature-oriented curriculum that merges the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with the Reggio Emilia approach. This unique combination cultivates enriching teaching experiences, ensuring the child's voice is integral to our mission.

Our learning spaces are thoughtfully designed to encourage growth both indoors and outdoors, equipped with carefully selected sustainable toys and resources. We emphasize engaging, play-based instruction and include interactive, hands-on activities for Phonics and Maths. Educators are encouraged to tailor lesson plans to align with the children’s interests while optimizing opportunities for play, exploration of nature, and independent learning. Our health-conscious initiatives feature a nutritious menu accommodating various allergies, using organic ingredients and cleaning supplies.

What sets BEYC apart is our small class sizes and exceptional adult-to-child ratios. Each class, limited to 16 children, is supported by one teacher and up to three Learning Assistants, maintaining an impressive 1:4 ratio. Our highly qualified Learning Assistants, many of whom have been with BEYC for several years, foster a stable and cohesive classroom environment.

In September 2025, BEYC unveiled its new purpose-built campus adjacent to our original site. This facility has been expertly designed to align with our Reggio Emilia and EYFS philosophies, showcasing inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces that reflect our commitment to play, nature, and exploration.
