High School English Teacher
About This Role
The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:
- A Manitoba Teacher's Certificate or the eligibility to obtain teacher certification in the Province of Manitoba.
- Preference will be given to candidates who hold a Major in English studies.
- Proven capability in teaching Language Arts.
- Experience in a high school teaching role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Exceptional classroom management abilities.
- Experience in differentiated instruction to accommodate the diverse needs of all students.
- Competence in working collaboratively with fellow educators in a consultative manner.
- A dedication to culturally proficient educational practices.
- Awareness and sensitivity to the traditions and backgrounds of students with diverse abilities.
- Capacity to develop a program that incorporates a northern perspective.
