Assistant SENDCo
About This Role
We are seeking to recruit a talented and resourceful individual to the role of Assistant SENDCo. The post holder’s main role will be to assist in leading and managing the provision for pupils identified as having Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) so that they have the best possible outcomes.
The role entails assisting with the daily arrangements within SEND and inclusion, undertaking revisions of EHCPs, sharing in line management of Teaching Support Assistants, and sharing expertise of current SEND policy and practice.
Qualified Teacher Status is not essential for this post.
