About This Role

The British International School Madinaty, located in Egypt, is a leading institution committed to providing high-quality education based on the United Kingdom curriculum. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated EYFS School Head to join our leadership team as Vice Principal. This role focuses on overseeing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) department, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning for our youngest learners.

Curriculum: United Kingdom
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Minimum Experience: 8 years

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the EYFS department, promoting a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Ensure effective implementation of the UK Early Years curriculum.
- Support teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
- Monitor student progress and wellbeing within the EYFS stage.
- Collaborate with school leadership to align early years strategies with overall school goals.
- Engage with parents to foster strong partnerships supporting children’s development.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Education or related field; advanced qualifications preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience working within Early Years education under the UK curriculum framework.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams or departments.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
