About the Role
Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong is seeking an exceptional Director of Student Services to motivate and engage our students, enhancing our vibrant community. This is a newly created position that will report to the College Senior Leadership Team and will play a significant role within the institution. We are Looking for Someone Who
The ideal candidate will possess:

• a degree in a relevant field
• a PGCE or equivalent qualification in a related area
• a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
• prior leadership experience in a pertinent domain
• alignment with our core values
• a diligent, flexible approach that includes availability during unsociable hours
• excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
• a dedication to effectively and willingly fulfill all pastoral, welfare, and supervisory responsibilities
• a commitment to ongoing professional development and improvement

• a playful spirit.

Experience in an international school setting is preferred.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
