Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong is seeking an exceptional Director of Student Services to motivate and engage our students, enhancing our vibrant community. This is a newly created position that will report to the College Senior Leadership Team and will play a significant role within the institution. The ideal candidate will possess:
• a degree in a relevant field
• a PGCE or equivalent qualification in a related area
• a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
• prior leadership experience in a pertinent domain

• excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
• a dedication to effectively and willingly fulfill all pastoral, welfare, and supervisory responsibilities
