Since its inception in 2021, King’s has seen rapid growth, expanding to Year 7 in August 2025, with aspirations to offer a complete King’s education up to Year 13 (age 18) in Riyadh. Unlike many international schools in the area, King’s operates as a fully co-educational institution from Pre-School through Year 7.

Role Overview:
King’s College Riyadh is eager to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Class Teacher to our dynamic and progressive school community. At full capacity, each year group functions as a cohesive team, ensuring that every child enjoys equal access to high-quality learning experiences while benefiting from strong collaborative support among teachers. Subject-specialist educators enhance the curriculum, and every class teacher receives assistance from a Teaching Assistant.

Teaching and Learning

Deliver a wide-ranging, balanced, and imaginative curriculum in accordance with the National Curriculum for England.

Plan, teach, and assess proficiently to ensure all students make remarkable progress.

Tailor instruction to cater to the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEN and EAL.
•
Provide consistent feedback and utilize assessment data to shape teaching and set objectives.
•
Uphold excellent classroom discipline in alignment with the school’s behavior policy.

A Bachelor’s Degree / PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification / Qualified Teacher Status.

At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience (Essential).

Experience in teaching the UK National Curriculum or EYFS (Essential).
•
A demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students of all abilities (Essential).
•
Strong classroom management and pastoral skills (Essential).
•
Experience working with EAL learners (Desirable).
•
An understanding of the expectations in UK independent and international schools (Desirable).
