Established in 2017, Majestic International College (MIC) stands out as a CIS member school and an esteemed private high school offering an English-language curriculum. Physics Subject Teacher

Basic requirements for candidates:

1. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a master's degree or higher preferred.

2. Professional teaching certifications, such as a PGCE or a teaching license in the subject area, are advantageous.

3. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in relevant subjects is required.

4. Experience in international schools is preferred; familiarity with teaching motivated Chinese students (ages 15-17) and teaching A-levels and IGCSE is also preferred.

5. Proficiency in English is essential for instruction and workplace communication, along with an awareness of the importance of developing technical literacy in teaching the subject to Chinese students in English.

6. A professional attitude towards teaching that aligns with MIC’s mission and values, demonstrating commitment to teamwork, perseverance, and accountability.

7. Evidence of a commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to engage in school-based in-service activities.

Employment Benefits for a 2-Year Contract Period

C&B Package: Competitive with the local international school market, based on factors such as years of relevant teaching experience, educational background, and the level of workload/commitment required for each position. The pre-tax annual salary ranges from CNY 240,000 to CNY 400,000.

Welfare Package:

1. Flight allowance:
Option 1: CNY 9,500 per academic year for flight expenses.
Option 2: Reimbursement for one round trip (at the start and end of the contract) between the home country and China; an allowance of CNY 9,500 to be issued between the first and second year of the contract.

2. A monthly allowance of CNY 3,000 for housing and transportation if living off-campus, or a complimentary on-campus modern apartment furnished with essential items.

3. Daily allowance of CNY 15 for meals, totaling approximately CNY 330 per month.

4. Paid summer and winter vacations, along with all Chinese holidays and Christmas holidays.

5. Health insurance coverage provided.

6. Work VISA support provided.

7. A renewal bonus of CNY 10,000 for each academic year.

8. A relocation fee of CNY 1,000.
