Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in education or a related field
- At least 3 years of teaching experience at the elementary level
- Familiarity with the Canadian curriculum is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to develop engaging lesson plans customized to meet individual student needs
