Upper School Inclusion Teacher (KS4 SEND Lead)
About This Role
Harrow Bangkok collaborates closely with Harrow School in London and is part of a network of institutions throughout the UK and Asia that share a common ethos and uphold high standards.
Nestled on an expansive 35-acre garden campus in one of the world’s most dynamic and diverse cities, Harrow Bangkok has become a leading educational institution. Currently, it serves around 1,800 students ranging from 18 months to 18 years, including boarders from Year 4.

We are seeking passionate and experienced educators to join our team, with positions commencing in August 2026. Successful applicants will receive two-year renewable contracts that offer highly competitive employment terms and excellent working conditions.

Experience and qualifications:
- A strong passion for inclusion and working with young people
- Demonstrated ability to manage workloads effectively and collaborate towards common goals
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to gain the respect and trust of all stakeholders
- An inquisitive mindset, eager to ask challenging questions, reflect, learn, and develop
- Adaptability and flexibility
- A good sense of humor
- Acceptable police checks (or equivalent) from your home country and any other countries where you have worked, with no concerns regarding your suitability to work with children
- Positive references from current and previous employers, verified through personal phone calls to each referee
