Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- A B.Ed or a degree in a related field along with a PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in teaching GCSE and A-Levels
- The capability to share and promote exemplary teaching practices
- An interest in professional development, leadership, and sustainability
- A creative and enthusiastic demeanor both inside and outside the classroom
- Strong IT and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with students and parents.
