GEMS Royal Dubai School is a lively, premium British institution (currently offering FS1 to Year 7), with plans to expand to Year 8 in September 2025 and continue growing annually through to Year 13. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate UK-trained Humanities teacher to join our team in September 2025. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, demonstrate a track record of enhancing standards, and be dedicated to achieving excellence for every student. Job Purpose:
To teach across Key Stage 3 (with plans to expand into Key Stage 4 and 5) as a subject specialist, delivering an exceptional, holistic, and engaging educational experience that results in outstanding outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Commitment to the pursuit of excellence for all students
- Demonstration of strong subject knowledge across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 of the NCfE
- Consistently delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences while collaborating and sharing best practices
- Utilizing student data to enhance progress and tailor learning experiences
- Maintaining a High-Performance Mindset, with a focus on reflection and solutions
- Approaching teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
- Commitment to the safeguarding and personal and social development of students
- Effectively collaborating with colleagues, students, and parents using excellent interpersonal skills

Contributing positively to our school community and culture through active participation in our extracurricular programs and community events

Actively pursuing your own professional development as an educator.

Performing any other reasonable duties as assigned by the CEO and Principal.

Skills:
- Possession of a Degree in a Humanities subject with QTS
- Holding a PGCE
- Demonstrating strong subject knowledge across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 of the NCfE
