Your role will involve supporting, observing, and documenting the progress of your class. You will craft lessons that are in line with the school's objectives and curriculum goals, fostering a lively and engaging learning culture.
Additionally, you will be tasked with planning curricula that cover a diverse range of subjects, ensuring that you remain knowledgeable and informed about subject-specific requirements as dictated by the curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of teaching experience or teaching practice in the subject, aligned with the UK National Curriculum
- UK Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS)
- Knowledge of Data Disaggregation, Analysis, and Differentiation for Students
- Current understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Proven track record of successful teaching and achieving excellent outcomes through high-quality instruction
- Ability to effectively use data to track and improve student progress
