About This Role

We are seeking a strong campus principal to lead our Gore and Dunedin campuses into their next phase of success. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to drive academic excellence and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture across two dynamic campuses.

About the role


As campus principal, you will provide visible, hands-on leadership and oversee the day-to-day management and professional direction of the campuses. You will lead delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum through OneSchool Global’s self-directed learning model, ensure high standards of pastoral care, and cultivate a positive school culture aligned with our values and principles. Key responsibilities include:



  • Building strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community, providing instructional leadership from Years 3 to 13

  • Managing campus operations, budgets, and compliance with NZ curriculum requirements

  • Creating an environment where both students and staff can thrive, with a strong focus on achievement, engagement, and wellbeing


About you


You are a confident, values-driven leader experienced as a principal, deputy principal, or assistant principal in a New Zealand school. You have a proven ability to lift academic outcomes, support student wellbeing, and cultivate a positive school culture. You thrive in a small-school environment while leveraging the strength of a large global network. Passionate about innovative education, you embrace continuous improvement, feedback, and a growth mindset.
