As we prepare to celebrate our 19th anniversary in August 2026, Victoria International School of Sharjah (VISS) is flourishing. Our first campus commenced operations in September 2007 in Al Taawun with under 200 students. Over the last 18 years, we have evolved into a successful network of institutions, now including 2 IB World Schools that offer the Australian (Victorian) Curriculum from KG to Grade 12 and the IB Diploma Programme, currently serving over 5,000 students across five campuses.

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented Teachers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will deliver engaging lessons in line with the Australian Curriculum, tailored to foster students' growth into confident, independent learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences that meet curriculum standards
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment with a focus on student wellbeing and safety
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing valuable feedback
• Build positive relationships with parents and colleagues
• Engage in school initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field
• Valid teaching certification and professional registration (such as VIT, QTS, or equivalent)
• Experience teaching in an international or Australian curriculum setting is preferred
• Regional experience is a plus, though not essential
