About This Role

Al Walaa Kindergarten School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Lower Primary/Grade 1 Teacher to join their expanding Taaleem Charter School in January 2025.

Al Walaa Kindergarten School - A Taaleem Charter School
As a prominent educational institution in the Middle East, Taaleem is actively contributing to the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, along with the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, in their mission to create a “First Rate Education System” for every student. The Charter Schools model represents a collaboration between government and private sectors in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

In 2019, we were granted the management of four schools with the goal of enhancing educational standards and significantly impacting the lives of Emirati youth. This number expanded to six schools in August 2021 and nine schools in August 2022.

Al Walaa KG School offers the American Curriculum (NY Standards) and is located in a state-of-the-art facility, featuring 18 classrooms from KG1 to KG2. The school provides modern amenities and competitive compensation packages for its international staff.

We are in search of an exceptional, committed, and resilient KG Teacher who shares the long-term vision of this initiative. We aim to attract educators who believe in their capacity to positively influence their students, recognize that change is a gradual process, and are eager to contribute their expertise as the school evolves.

The anticipated growth of the Taaleem Branch Charter School Project will provide a variety of career prospects in the future.

Requirements - You will:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in education or a Post Graduate Certificate in Education/Early Years & Childhood Studies.
- Have recent successful experience teaching in Early Years/KG/Early Elementary School.
- Exhibit a flexible and enthusiastic mindset with a proactive approach.
- Be an innovative and reflective educator eager to learn.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards both individual and collaborative professional development.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be available to start in January 2025.

We offer:
- A supportive team dedicated to school improvement, working alongside you to achieve your goals.
- A comprehensive induction program.
- An environment where individuals can grow and flourish in a caring, enjoyable, and nurturing setting.
- The chance to make a meaningful impact on our students' lives.
- A competitive tax-free salary and international package including accommodation and medical insurance.
- Continuous professional development opportunities.
- Full backing from the broader network of Taaleem schools.
- A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a different culture.
