Qualifications

The ideal candidates will need to:

  • Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology along with a PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Psychology teachers to ensure exceptional educational experiences.
  • Show a willingness to collaborate and share best practices.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, demonstrating reflective thinking and a focus on solutions.
  • Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
