Successful candidates will need to:

  • Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualifications.
  • Have demonstrated experience in teaching Secondary A Level Music.
  • Possess proven leadership experience in guiding a team of educators.

  • Maintain a growth mindset, focusing on reflection and solutions.
  • Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with colleagues, students, and parents.

In-person interviews will be conducted in the UK from February 20th to 22nd across four locations: London, Manchester, Cardiff, and Glasgow.
