Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, inclusive instruction that addresses the diverse learning needs of students within the IB and British curriculum frameworks.
- Collaborate with subject teachers to create and execute strategies that ensure access, progress, and success for all learners.
- Utilize data effectively to track student progress and plan targeted interventions.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that aligns with the IB Learner Profile and GEMS Core Values.
- Contribute to the advancement of inclusive practices throughout the secondary school, fostering equity and understanding among students and staff.
- Engage with parents and the broader school community to support a holistic approach to student development.
