Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging lessons that adhere to the IEYC framework for early years learners.
- Create a safe, inviting, and inclusive classroom that encourages exploration and development.
- Continuously assess student progress and maintain open communication with parents and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other educators to improve curriculum implementation and school initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood or primary education.
- Strong understanding of the IEYC curriculum principles.
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create dynamic lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
