We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Teacher to become part of our established and successful team in either Early Years or KS1.

Consistent with the school's mission, values, and vision, the role of an Early Years Teacher at BISP is to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our young learners.

You will implement the EYFS framework and Development Matters Curriculum, encouraging child-initiated learning and play-based activities. Your teaching will focus on promoting holistic development, encompassing cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. You will cater to each child's unique needs, interests, and abilities, inspiring a passion for learning while fostering positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.

You will possess:

- A genuine enthusiasm for and commitment to supporting the holistic development of each child.
- A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field with qualified teacher status or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in applying child-initiated learning strategies and play-based learning within an early years setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework and Development Matters Curriculum (UK).
- An understanding of synthetic phonics and early literacy development.
- A passion for teaching reflected in your daily interactions with students.
- A highly adaptable approach with the ability to plan and differentiate instruction to address the varied needs of all learners.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation abilities.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
- A readiness to engage actively in our broader school community.
