The Role
We are in search of a passionate and motivated Teacher of Physical Education who is eager to deliver top-notch PE lessons while inspiring students to enhance their physical abilities, confidence, and overall health. This role presents an exciting chance to join a flourishing school and significantly contribute to the physical education and personal growth of our students.

Design and implement engaging, dynamic, and inclusive PE lessons
•
Create and execute a curriculum focused on fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship
•
Coordinate and lead extracurricular sports activities, competitions, and school events
•
Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere where students can excel
•
Effectively assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
•
Stay current with subject and curriculum knowledge
•
Engage in the broader life of the school, including enrichment initiatives
•
Take part in professional development opportunities, including INSET and CPD
Qualifications and Experience
•
A recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent) from a UK university
•
Demonstrated experience teaching Physical Education within a British curriculum framework
•
Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development
•
A fervor for teaching and a commitment to student success
•
Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
•
Experience in teaching Physical Education in a British curriculum context
•
Recent teaching background in the UK
•
Experience in swimming instruction, along with a recognized swimming instructor qualification
•
Interest or experience in teaching various age groups
