Head of Department – English

Primary duties involve:

· Overseeing and directing the English department to guarantee exceptional curriculum design and implementation

· Evaluating the quality of teaching, learning, assessment, and student advancement within the department

· Assisting, guiding, and enhancing the skills of English educators through coaching and professional growth opportunities

· Utilizing assessment data effectively to inform instructional planning and improve student achievement

· Engaging in school-wide initiatives and collaborating with senior leadership

· Fostering a vibrant culture of reading, writing, and oral communication throughout the school
