About This Role
Eaton International Schools (EIS) operate in Jade Hills Kajang and Alam Impian Shah Alam, providing a modern international education from pre-school through IGCSE, delivered by a predominantly expatriate teaching staff. The Role:
EIS is on the lookout for English Teachers who adopt a forward-thinking and creative teaching style, equipped with the skills and vision to elevate the teaching and learning of English in KS3 and KS4. We desire a dedicated educator committed to fostering student excellence, prioritizing pastoral care and well-being, and eager to engage in our school's flourishing extracurricular activities. Candidates with pertinent experience may also be considered for a Team Leadership role as Head of EAL.

We are looking for individuals who:
- possess relevant educational qualifications (Degree in Education or PGCE);
- have a minimum of 3 years of classroom experience;
- can create well-structured, engaging, and imaginative learning experiences for students;
- can implement a suitably broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum for all learners;
- consistently set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge students;
- cultivate a well-organized and motivating learning environment;
- are adept at integrating technology into their teaching methods;
- recognize the importance of consistently applying school policies;
- appreciate Malaysia's multicultural landscape and are open to immersing themselves in its cultures;
- understand that the educational experience at EIS extends beyond classroom boundaries;
- and are willing to go above and beyond.
