About This Role
Hangzhou Dipont School of Arts and Science, in collaboration with King's College School, Wimbledon and RDFZ Beijing, is on the lookout for a Teacher of Early Years to become part of our esteemed educational community starting in August 2026.
We seek a dynamic and thoughtful educator who values collaboration with children, colleagues, and families. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering self-regulation and fundamental learning skills in every child, thriving within a community that harmoniously integrates Chinese traditions with global best practices.
Kindergarten
Our bilingual kindergarten provides an engaging, activity-oriented curriculum in both Chinese and English for children aged 3–6. This program combines the strengths of both Chinese and international educational approaches to lay a strong groundwork for Grade 1 and beyond. Through play, exploration, and creative initiatives—indoors and outdoors—children cultivate self-regulation, curiosity, and essential skills across seven learning domains. Each class is led by both a Chinese and an international teacher, fostering a nurturing environment that supports each child's language acquisition and holistic development.

About you
•
A Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
•
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in early years or primary education.
•
A strong interest in child development and a positive outlook on students’ potential to learn and thrive.
•
Capability to learn and implement local Chinese educational standards along with new technologies.
•
A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
•
Proficient in collaboration, establishing rapport, and effective communication in a dual language immersion setting.
