Teacher of Maths

We are on the lookout for a skilled Middle School Math Teacher, ideally someone already residing in China. The preferred candidate should have a good understanding of the British curriculum and exhibit exceptional classroom management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement engaging math lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
2. Instruct middle school students in mathematics.
3. Tailor instruction to cater to various learning styles and needs.
4. Regularly evaluate and track student progress.
5. Act as the homeroom teacher, offering pastoral support.
6. Assist students with diverse learning requirements.
7. Maintain consistent communication with parents.
8. Work collaboratively with fellow math department staff.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Education, along with a teaching certification (PGCE/PGDE).
2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching at the middle school level in international schools.
3. Strong familiarity with the British curriculum.
4. Proven classroom management skills.
5. Capability to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
6. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
7. A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to professional growth.
