About This Role
Responsibilities:
1. Manages the administrative tasks for the Leadership Team.
2. Serves as the point of contact among the Leadership Team, educators, school staff, students, and parents.
3. Responds to inquiries from parents and other school personnel via phone and email.
4. Distributes communications to parents through the online platform and provides daily briefings to all staff members.
5. Oversees the Leadership Team’s calendar, scheduling appointments and organizing various meetings as needed.
6. Records minutes during Leadership Team meetings.
7. Coordinates the cover list for the school.
8. Maintains and updates the school’s website.
9. Creates posters and charts using PowerPoint and Canva.
10. Develops weekly community catch-up presentations via MS SWAY.
11. Designs curriculum handbooks for the institution.
12. Creates signage for parents' evenings, classroom labels, and staff biographies.
13. Establishes payment links and supports preparations for school trips.
14. Tracks student attendance.
15. Updates BlueSky Admin for the school.
16. Provides assistance in the recruitment process.
